1. Fundamental Principle: Custom, “As-Is” Sale
Each Vehicle is a unique, custom-built creation, fabricated to your specifications and personal order. It is not a mass-produced product held in inventory. Therefore, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and the build process has commenced, you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind item built specifically for you.

2. Order Cancellation & Deposit Refunds

• Prior to Build Commencement: If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun procuring major parts or fabricating custom components, we may, at our sole discretion, refund any deposit paid, less a [e.g., 5% or 10%] administrative and planning fee.

• After Build Commencement: Once material procurement or fabrication has begun, your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit secures our time, design work, and commits us to sourcing parts for your unique project, which often cannot be returned or resold.

3. Refund Policy: Final Sale
We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds after delivery has been taken. All Vehicles are sold “AS-IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. By taking physical and legal possession of the Vehicle, you are accepting it in its delivered condition and finalizing the sale irrevocably.

4. Limited Remedy for Workmanship Defects (Warranty Service)
Your exclusive remedy, and our sole obligation, for any issue related to our workmanship is outlined in the Limited Warranty section of our Terms and Conditions. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement, at our option and location, of any component that fails due to a defect in the workmanship performed directly by us, within the specified warranty period. This is not a right to return the Vehicle for a refund.

5. Inspection & Delivery Acceptance
You have the right and responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection of the Vehicle at the time of delivery, prior to final payment and before taking possession. This is your opportunity to:

• Verify the Vehicle matches the agreed-upon specifications.

• Note any cosmetic concerns.

• Ask any final questions.

Once you accept delivery, make final payment, and take possession, you are deemed to have accepted the Vehicle in its delivered condition, waiving any claim for refund or return based on condition or specifications.

6. Exceptions for Non-Conformity
The only potential exception to our “no return, no refund” policy would be in the exceedingly rare case of a fundamental Non-Conformity—where the Vehicle delivered is materially and irreconcilably different from the core specifications explicitly agreed upon in writing (e.g., wrong engine type, missing a fundamental feature that was the primary basis of the sale). In such a case, our sole obligation would be, at our discretion and within a reasonable timeframe, to either:
a) Correct the Non-Conformity to meet the written specifications, or
b) Cancel the sale and refund all monies paid, upon the return of the Vehicle to our facility in its original delivered condition, with you bearing all costs and risks of return shipping.
